14-Day Returns Policy

At Heritage London, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be free from marks, stains, odours, scratches or signs of wear.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories and protective materials.

  • Be suitable for resale in its original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage or alteration.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Heritage London cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, please return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Your Consumer Rights

This 14-day policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law provides you with additional rights, those rights will continue to apply.

Heritage London reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
